Keeping your pool a beautiful sparkling blue requires frequent care and maintenance. For many pool owners, more time is spent maintaining their pool than actually enjoying it. The first step in proper pool care is to maintain the proper chemical balance in your pool. You should test your pool water to ensure it has both the proper pH and sanitizer at least three times a week. By maintaining the proper chemical levels you ensure your water stays clean and clear all year long. It is much easier to maintain a pool than to restore a neglected pool to pristine condition.

Our next step is to brush the walls and floor of your pool once a week. This brushes the dirt and debris free from the walls and floor of the pool and allows for easier cleaning and removal. From there we will use a leaf net to remove any leaves, debris, insects, or toys that has fallen or blown into your pool. Many pools are equipped with an automatic pool cleaner which will help keep the pool clean, but may not be able to remove large debris, debris floating on the surface, or hard to reach spots.

Finally we will inspect and clean your pool filters to ensure they are properly filtering small debris and particles from your pool water. Many filtration systems require routine cleaning or backwashing to keep them free of dirt, debris, or other clogs. By properly taking care of your filtration system it will last for years to come and avoiding damage and potentially costly repairs.
